Do I need to be present at the time of service?

Yes, if you have ordered a car wash you must be present at your vehicle to meet operator before wash can be completed.

How do I know my order has been accepted?

You will receive a confirmation email detailing the location, date and time of your appointment.

When is my payment processed?

You will be charged on-site just before or after the service has been completed.

We operate with Square. Protecting customer payment data is core to what Square provides.  Therefore, all payments are safe and secure.

Do I need to supply you with electricity/water etc.?

No, the operator providing the car wash will come fully equipped with all that is needed.
